I have been at this Primary care for almost 2 years. They are fabulous. I suffered a head injury And went to Exeter Hospital a few days ago and had a horrible experience. Courtney from the Primary care just called me and validated my feelings and it means so much to me. She listened and said she will try to get the records and see exactly what happened and somebody will call me back again. Thank you, Courtney, for treating me kindly and with compassion. I spoke Erin today also. She validated my concerns and exhibited compassion that was not present at the hospital. Thank you Erin. You helped reassure me.
